Who is the Workshop for?

This workshop is open to new or novice school counselors or advisors, or other early career educators who are supporting students and families to and through career and college-going processes. We believe in the power of community - our participants, in the diversity of their backgrounds and experiences, are inherently strong. We focus on interactivity and connection - this workshop is not a webinar. We expect participants to be free of distractions during our sessions. We encourage participants to be on camera and to share using their audio or chat features. This helps us to create a space where school practitioners can come, week-after–week, as their authentic selves learning and sharing alongside others doing the exact same work.
